Our sales director and co-founder. Ady’s worked within automotive talent acquisition since 2004 and is a vital component of our ‘KaaS’ platform, the central tenet of AVANT’s ability to provide strategic introduction services. No fluff, no big sales pitch, just a solid and effective source of market intelligence. Out of work, he’s husband and father (two boys), whilst enjoying eating out and travelling whenever possible.
